Tom covers the full length of the Wirral peninsula, from Wallasey and New Brighton in the north, down through Birkenhead, and out to the Dee estuary villages of West Kirby, Hoylake, Meols and Heswall. There is no call centre and no subcontracting. Every job is booked directly with Tom, who carries out the work himself.

Across all of these areas, the most common request is EICR testing. This is driven largely by the landlord compliance requirement introduced in 2021, which made it a legal obligation for all rental properties in England to hold a valid Electrical Installation Condition Report, renewed every five years. P&N Electrical Services carries out EICRs at fixed prices starting from £95 for a one-bedroom property, with a certificate issued on the day of the test.

Beyond compliance work, Tom handles rewiring of older properties, consumer unit upgrades, outdoor and security lighting, fault finding, and EV charger installation. If it is electrical and it is on the Wirral, it is within scope.
